Couples seeking luxury, beware
The hotel has fine decor, beautiful, and the staff were mostly friendly. I loved the really good everyday breakfast service, honestly felt like royalty every morning when I walked in for fresh pastries and coffee.
Sure, it wasn't inexpensive but I'd say it was still acceptable for what we got.

Amazing stay with fab views!
Just spent 2 nights and wow, what an experience! The staff were super friendly and helped us right away. Our room had epic views of Big Ben and Trafalgar Square, totally stunning! The hotel feels so modern, and we loved the complimentary coffee in the lounge. One bummer was the somewhat limited menu at the restaurant, but it was still good overall.

Stunning rooftop views, Exceptional on-site spa facilities, State-of-the-art gym facilities
Room sizes fell short of expectations!!! Also, cleanliness wasn't consistent throughout the common areas, which diminished the overall luxury appeal of the hotel!!!

Checked in and Boris made me feel right at home! The room was super cozy, and I loved how well it was designed. The hidden lounge was a fun surprise too! Breakfast in the lounge was tasty, but I wish the bar opened earlier. a fab stay in a stylish setup.

great experience but minor room issues
The upgrade to a junior suite set a wonderful tone for our stay. The spa and gym facilities provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
The room layout could have been slightly improved for better accessibility.

I enjoyed my stay for two nights in a cozy King Room where the breakfast blew my mind with so many tasty choices. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight along with the amazing sauna for some serious relaxation. Just a heads up, the ice delivery was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😄
